SIPLUS CMS 4000 is a low-cost, modular, scalable analysis- and diagnostic-system, optimized for the sampling of analog and binary signals and numeric data in industrial plants. The system can be integrated reactionless and device independent in existing and new machines and plant components. A reliable and easy connection of different signal sources is possible by standardized interfaces. High sample rates, synchronic data logging and intelligent algorithms guarantee a detailed analysis and diagnostic of any signals. Due to easy to use programming and an extensive array of software and hardware nodes (IFNs) SIPLUS CMS is perfectly suited for many measurement applications.

Description

The lifecycle-costs of industrial plants get more on focus. Condition monitoring permits the increase of availability while simultaneously reducing the lifecycle costs.

The analysis, diagnosis and identifying of trends is the basis for load based and foresighted condition. With SIPLUS CMS, Condition Monitoring by Siemens, the state of expendable components (e.g. motor, gear, bearing,…) and critical machine parts can be conditioned monitored permanently.

Features.
The system provides:
• Monitoring of analog and binary signals and numeric data
• Logging and pre-processing with interface nodes
• Recording of high dynamic signals with sampling rates over 40 kHz
• Software X-Tools for analysis, diagnostic, visualization and archiving
• Graphical interconnection of analysis functions – customized specific measurement and diagnosis models

Benefits.
The SIPLUS CMS system generates the following benefits
• Permanent condition monitoring for protection of your engines
• Efficient monitoring of plants and processes
• Support of the energy efficiency
• Early detection of defects
• Planed maintenance instead of spontaneous reparation
• Cost savings for maintenance
• Increasing availability of your plant Text
• Optimum utilization of the lifetime of aggregate
